Mobility Reward Analyst

As a Mobility Reward Analyst specializing in Mobility Operations at Roche, you will perform key operational tasks, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to process improvements. This fixed-term maternity cover role focuses on managing mobility processes, team development, knowledge management, and operational tasks including mobility finances, tax operations, and immigration support.

Responsibilities

• Manage mobility processes and engage with stakeholders to ensure task delivery.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, train team members, and support client-facing staff.
• Maintain training materials, process maps, and knowledge management resources.
• Execute operational tasks such as cost estimates, tax equalizations, data analysis, and payroll processing.
• Coordinate annual compensation reviews and system data updates.
• Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and lead process improvement initiatives.
• Manage local moves, inter-company transfers, and vendor coordination.

Requirements

• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Expertise in mobility, compensation, reward, or finance.
• Experience with Workday and AssignmentPro is a plus.
• Proven experience in delivering process-driven tasks with high accountability.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and a proactive, organized approach.
