Senior Integrated Specialist (Digital/Workflow)

The Position

Roche Diagnostics is seeking a professional to support digital and automation solutions. Responsibilities include providing IT insights for digital projects, designing solutions, troubleshooting networking and virtual infrastructure, and configuring automation products. The role involves conducting simulation analysis, performing layout drawings for workflow visualization, and managing quality and service issues. Additionally, the position requires facilitating marketing events, collaborating with sales teams, conducting customer site visits, and delivering internal and external training. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Healthcare, or IT, with at least 3 years of experience in marketing, application, or product support within the IVD field. Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills are required, along with high computer literacy and fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
