Patient Journey Partner (Pharma Specialist Rep) - Haematology - NSW/ACT

Roche is seeking a dedicated Haematology Patient Journey Partner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will promote our portfolio of haematology treatments to healthcare professionals, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and drive market growth to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

• Drive adoption of haematology products with healthcare providers.
• Develop and execute territory plans to maximize value and meet business goals.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with haematologists and other healthcare professionals.
• Meet customer engagement metrics through face-to-face meetings, virtual calls, and industry events.
• Provide expert knowledge on clinical data and treatment benefits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer experience.
• Monitor territory performance, market trends, and competitor activity to adjust strategies.
• Gather and communicate customer insights to support strategic initiatives.
• Adhere to company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a specialist pharmaceutical representative or similar capacity.
• In-depth knowledge of the healthcare system and stakeholder roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
• Significant experience in the haematology landscape is desirable.
• Ability to prioritize and manage stakeholder requests effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and partnering capabilities.
