Talent Acquisition Intern - French speaking

Roche is seeking a proactive and passionate Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Services & Solutions Center in Budapest. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment and HR, supporting Talent Acquisition Partners in daily operations and global initiatives during a dynamic period of organizational transformation.

Responsibilities

• Perform candidate sourcing, application screening, and scheduling.
• Manage candidate workflows within the Workday e-recruitment system.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, business departments, and global People & Culture teams.
• Support the team with reporting, presentations, and process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with global transformation programs for various client groups.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in studies at a Hungarian university or college.
• Available for at least 30 hours per week.
• Proficiency in both French and English with outstanding communication skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a creative, enthusiastic, and proactive approach.
• Strong desire to learn, develop, and help candidates find meaningful careers.
