Roche Diagnostics Korea is seeking an E-commerce Manager for the Diabetes Care division to lead e-commerce strategy, platform operations, and CRM initiatives. The role involves managing owned e-shops and Naver Brand Stores, optimizing digital customer journeys, and collaborating with global teams to drive performance and customer loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily e-commerce operations, campaign execution, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement end-to-end e-commerce marketing strategies to improve visibility and conversion rates.
- Analyze platform traffic and consumer behavior to provide data-driven insights and KPI reporting.
- Plan and execute CRM activities using SFDC and commercial website analysis to foster customer retention.
- Manage relationships with e-commerce distributors, agencies, and cross-functional internal teams including marketing, supply chain, and IT.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising, or online retail.
- Advanced English proficiency for global and APAC team communication.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales history, search trends, and buying patterns.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and web analytics tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional and stakeholder collaboration.
