Market Access Manager
Roche is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team, where we prioritize personal expression, open dialogue, and genuine connections to advance healthcare solutions. This role focuses on driving regional market access strategies to ensure patient accessibility to our life-changing medicines.
Responsibilities
- Establish and cultivate strategic partnerships with regional government authorities and key think tanks to accelerate product inclusion in reimbursement schemes.
- Formulate and execute regional market access plans aligned with core product strategies and lifecycle management.
- Ensure alignment and execution of central market access strategies while managing key stakeholders in medical and health technology sectors.
- Operate regional market access platforms, analyze policy trends to support business decisions, and empower local commercial teams.
- Build cross-functional collaboration platforms to integrate resources and drive the achievement of regional business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Medicine, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and policy affairs.
- At least 2 years of experience in government customer management.
- Proven track record in project management and execution.
- Exceptional communication, networking, and influencing skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative team player.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strong skills in data analysis and presentation (PowerPoint/Excel).
