Employee Lifecycle Management (ELM) Specialist
As an ELM Specialist at Roche, you will support Spanish Affiliates by managing the end-to-end employee journey. You will act as a customer service champion and HR advisor, ensuring smooth HR operations from onboarding to offboarding.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 support for HR events including onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding.
- Act as a point of escalation for HR systems and inquiries, troubleshooting issues with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to simplify and enhance HR processes.
- Build and manage relationships with HR partners and business leaders.
- Foster a collaborative environment and act as a role model within the organization.
Requirements
- Background in service delivery or customer care; experience in HR Operations is an advantage.
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably focused on HR.
- Growth and agile mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Passion for high-quality service in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
