Material Management Intern
Roche China is seeking a proactive intern to support the Material Management department during the commissioning and qualification phase of a new biologics manufacturing center in Shanghai. The role involves managing documentation, supporting SAP master data readiness, and ensuring smooth departmental operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting SOPs and inputting master data into the ERP system.
- Provide English-Chinese translation for routine documents, SOPs, and meeting minutes.
- Handle administrative and logistical tasks to support daily operations.
- Draft meeting minutes, track action items, and prepare official documents.
- Assist in organizing team events and training sessions.
- Complete ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Logistics Management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Word), with strong PPT skills.
- CET-6 certification or higher.
- Strong communication, learning, and execution abilities with good stress tolerance.
- Skills in photography, videography, and video editing are a plus.
- Ability to work 3-5 days per week.
