As a Senior Solution Architect at Roche Digital Technology, you will lead the architectural strategy for our commercial content ecosystem. You will spearhead the adoption of Generative AI and automation, orchestrating the technology roadmap to drive personalization at scale and deliver measurable business impact within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision and strategy for the future-state digital supply chain ecosystem.
• Curate the technology stack by selecting and integrating modern tools, focusing on AI and automated workflows.
• Provide implementation oversight to ensure technical execution aligns with strategic business objectives.
• Engineer robust frameworks to facilitate personalization at scale.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in software engineering, with a minimum of 5 years in architectural leadership.
• Strategic expertise in the design and deployment of commercial content supply chains.
• Mastery of Adobe platforms, specifically AEM and AEP integrated stacks.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, and JavaScript development.
• Proven success in executing GenAI implementations that deliver business value.
• Deep understanding of life sciences and pharma customer journeys.
