Digital Project Coordinator (Enterprise Web Product Project Management)

The Global Digital Hub at Roche is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator to strengthen digital capabilities through social media management, brand support, and marketing automation. You will act as a technical expert and consultant, bridging the gap between business stakeholders and IT teams to execute digital strategies and manage web product lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the intake, triage, and prioritization of Enterprise Web Product (Adobe Experience Manager) requests.
• Advise stakeholders on effective use of digital functionalities and best practices.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business process owners, IT teams, and external partners.
• Oversee projects from strategy development through implementation and hypercare.
• Mentor colleagues and promote innovative digital practices across the organization.
• Drive process improvements and governance through documentation and optimization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in IT systems, digital operations, and website management within agencies or large organizations.
• Proven success in leading large-scale or global digital projects.
• Expertise in developing digital strategies, managing agencies, and providing consultancy to global teams.
• Strong project management, analytical, and technical skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to engage senior leadership.
• Detail-oriented, quick learner, and comfortable working in cross-functional, high-pressure environments.
