Microsoft Power Platform Architect
As a Microsoft Power Platform Architect, you will guide the platform team in making the platform available to the broader enterprise, enabling citizen developers and federated application teams to create business value. You will translate organizational goals into a technical roadmap, create governance frameworks, and design automated administration using AI to ensure a secure, compliant, and scalable low-code ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Treat platform services as internal products with clear documentation, lifecycle management, and stakeholder feedback loops.
- Design and document shared technology components such as CI/CD, observability, and DLP policies.
- Take ownership of ambiguous tasks and drive platform-level initiatives like the Center of Excellence (CoE) Starter Kit.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and represent the platform within architect communities.
- Act as a technical mentor, align development plans with global strategy, and share knowledge through internal events.
- Operate at the platform level to influence technical decisions for developers and business use case owners.
- Formulate technical strategies that boost automation and innovation while maintaining high engineering quality.
Requirements
- Experience designing, developing, and managing Power Platform at a global enterprise scale.
- Proven track record of managing platform services as internal products, including governance and operational stability.
- Experience evaluating and integrating services while aligning with security and architectural standards.
- Expertise in implementing Zero Trust principles, including Microsoft Entra ID Conditional Access and Managed Environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio.
- Proficiency in Terraform, Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions, and PowerShell.
- Solid foundational knowledge of Entra ID, Dataverse architecture, and API management.
- Strong expertise in platform security, networking, and performance monitoring.
- Experience in a regulated industry and leading communities of practice.
