Product Manager - Core Lab & POC
At Roche, we are dedicated to advancing science and ensuring global access to healthcare. We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Core Lab & POC division to define and execute marketing strategies, manage product lifecycles, and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute clinical chemistry product marketing plans and daily management tasks.
- Develop key messaging, sales tools, and manage new product launches and lifecycles.
- Oversee pricing, stock management, and regulatory/reimbursement tasks.
- Monitor sales performance and coordinate congresses, seminars, and conferences.
- Gather market insights through customer visits and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, S&S, SCM, Q&R, Finance) and external partners/distributors.
- Ensure 100% compliance with all regulations and internal policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Health or Science disciplines.
- At least 3 years of commercial experience (sales or marketing) in the healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Strong command of MS Office and Google Workspace applications.
