Contracts Manager - Site Services Facilities

As a Contracts Manager for Site Services Facilities at Roche, you will join the Global Procurement team to support Third-Party Risk Management, contract drafting, and negotiations. You will work closely with procurement, business partners, and legal experts to identify risks, draft contractual terms, and ensure service delivery efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support local and global procurement in contract negotiations and preparation.
• Advise business partners on legal and compliance issues while identifying specific risks.
• Draft contractual terms based on strategy, business needs, and organizational expectations.
• Independently handle contractual clauses and legal issues through to finalization.
• Contribute to continuous improvement processes to optimize service quality and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure business strategies are reflected in contracts.
• Manage subject-specific projects as required.

Requirements

• University degree with a legal or technical focus (e.g., Master of Laws, Engineering).
• 7+ years of experience in contract management and Site Services Facilities projects, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record in complex contract negotiation, structuring, and risk management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all hierarchy levels.
• Excellent written and spoken English; German fluency is a plus.
• Experience in international project management and willingness to travel.
• Assertive, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
