Service Engineer
Roche Diagnostics is seeking a Service Engineer to join our team in the Masovian Voivodeship. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing laboratory equipment, as well as providing technical support and training to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Install and implement laboratory equipment.
- Perform warranty and post-warranty repairs.
- Train clients on the operation of laboratory systems.
- Provide technical support to customers.
- Report work results.
Requirements
- Higher technical education (e.g., precision mechanics, electronics, or related fields).
- Strong communication skills and ability to understand client needs.
- Valid category B driving license.
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under time pressure.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
