Global Business Process Manager (GBPM) - Intercompany Finance

As a Global Business Process Manager for Intercompany Finance, you will be responsible for the definition, global harmonization, implementation, and continuous improvement of process and system solutions within the R2R product area. You will drive the strategic roadmap, influence senior stakeholders, and ensure operational excellence through automation and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Drive the BPM strategic roadmap for Intercompany Finance (Physical/Digital).
• Liaise with and influence global stakeholders to ensure business acceptance.
• Establish metrics for the end-to-end process area.
• Prioritize and realize major change requests.
• Document process requirements and maintain Standard Operating Procedures.
• Drive efficiencies and automation across the global network.
• Provide guidance to Global Business Process Specialists.
• Contribute to agile ways of working.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Business.
• 5 - 7 years of experience in controlling and global process optimization.
• Proven success in large-scale, cross-functional global projects.
• Advanced analytical skills and ability to navigate complex stakeholder networks.
• Proficiency in Agile and Lean methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Scrum).
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills with fluency in English.
