Solution Integration Architect
As a Solution Integration Architect at Roche, you will lead the technical orchestration of validation campaigns for the cobas ultra omni Solution Layer, a complex System of Systems. You will partner with the Solution Integration Manager to define integration strategies, design lab topologies, and ensure end-to-end testability of functional and non-functional requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect the master Solution Integration Strategy, including quality gates and CI roadmaps.
- Define strategies for virtual, hybrid, and physical lab setups and digital twin landscapes.
- Review system use cases and requirements to ensure verifiable testability at the solution level.
- Enforce cross-functional test responsibilities across various delivery nodes.
- Provide technical leadership and coaching to integration engineers and test automation developers.
- Lead technical validation campaigns to verify system performance and reliability.
Requirements
- University degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in multi-domain systems engineering and complex system integration, with at least 3 years in System-of-Systems environments.
- Hands-on expertise in test automation frameworks, CI pipelines, DevOps, and virtualized/simulated environment modeling.
- Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and constructively challenge delivery choices to maintain quality standards.
