IT Delivery Lead - Diagnostics Master Data Management

Roche Digital Technology (RDT) is seeking an IT Delivery Lead to oversee the design, implementation, and operationalization of Master Data Management (MDM) capabilities across Diagnostics Commercial. This role focuses on Customer and Patient Master Data Management and global implementation programs to support commercial analytics, AI, and data products.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic transformation and delivery of complex, high-visibility MDM initiatives.
• Analyze and solve complex delivery challenges and advocate for enterprise-level solutions.
• Engage executive stakeholders and external partners to build organizational alignment.
• Drive large-scale business reengineering and organizational change across multiple domains.
• Oversee global MDM implementation programs from requirements definition through to rollout and adoption.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders to shape enterprise-wide strategies.
• Ensure master data foundations support customer 360, commercial analytics, and AI use cases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Extensive experience in senior Delivery Management roles (e.g., Program Manager, STE, Agile Enterprise Coach) leading global programs.
• Proven track record of delivering MDM initiatives and large-scale organizational change in matrixed environments.
• Strong experience with Customer Master Data Management in commercial, sales, or marketing environments.
• Technical understanding of enterprise master data processes and platform landscapes such as Reltio, SAP, and CRM systems.
• Exceptional executive-level communication and influence skills.
• Industry expertise in Diagnostics, Healthcare, MedTech, Pharma, or Life Sciences is preferred.
