Senior Cybersecurity Engineer (Network Security)

As a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer, you will serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert for Secure Access Network Services, leading the evolution of network access control, identity-driven security, and authentication services within a global enterprise. You will be responsible for ensuring network resilience and compliance through a 'Defense in Depth' strategy, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of security solutions, and driving technical roadmaps aligned with Zero Trust architecture.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary SME for Secure Access technologies and drive long-term technical roadmaps.
• Design, deploy, and maintain robust authentication solutions (802.1X, EAP-TLS, RADIUS, SAML, MFA).
• Lead the lifecycle management of Cisco ISE deployments, including endpoint profiling and advanced access control.
• Implement micro-segmentation strategies using Cisco TrustSec and SGTs.
• Develop observability dashboards, implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) principles, and build API-driven security automations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Serve as a senior point of escalation for complex technical incidents and root-cause analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Security, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and managing enterprise-grade NAC solutions, specifically Cisco ISE.
• Proven expertise in deploying and maintaining Palo Alto Next-Generation Firewalls.
• Proficiency in automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and Python.
• Experience managing security controls in complex, global environments with diverse device profiles.
• Strong understanding of enterprise networking (L2/L3), routing protocols, and identity-based access control.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and operational excellence.
