Account Executive - Core Lab

As an Account Executive at Roche, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives in targeted accounts. This role involves developing customer prospects, maintaining relationships with decision-makers, and delivering value-quantification presentations. You will manage medium to large accounts, coordinate activities, and network with internal and external stakeholders to share information and identify new business opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing strategic account plans to grow business and maintain customer relationships.
• Generating product awareness and providing education to customers.
• Implementing strategic initiatives to improve sales productivity.
• Preparing and presenting contract proposals and negotiating terms to maximize profitability.
• Conducting territory planning, routing, and business analysis.
• Communicating competitive market information internally and sharing best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales or equivalent experience.
• Experience in the Diagnostics industry is preferred.
• Experience selling capital and laboratory equipment into Hospitals and Reference Laboratories is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in complex sales environments.
• Strong negotiation, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
