Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership as a visionary, architect, coach, and facilitator.
- Strong mindset for efficient resource integration.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Medicine or Pharmacy.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, marketing, medical affairs, or market access.
- Proven ability in business and resource planning.
- Excellent communication skills.
