Digital Sales Specialist - Central Lab

As a Digital Central Lab Consultant at Roche, you will be responsible for selling the navify digital portfolio to IHN, hospital, and reference laboratory customers. This field-based role involves consulting with clinical laboratory stakeholders on customized digital solutions, including middleware, informatics, and Laboratory Information Systems (LIS).

Responsibilities

• Generate new customer demand for Core Lab and Molecular navify products.
• Engage in strategic digital discussions with technical end users and executive decision-makers.
• Collaborate with internal sales and implementation teams to define solution strategies.
• Conduct laboratory process analysis and deliver tailored technical presentations and software demos.
• Translate customer needs into actionable solutions while balancing business priorities.
• Provide in-depth technical expertise and maintain knowledge of industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Medical Technology, Life Sciences, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in healthcare digital solutions or laboratory diagnostics sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with digital solutions, laboratory middleware, and hospital LIS systems.
• Experience presenting technical information to large audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the chemistry, immunoassay, or molecular laboratory space.
• 3+ years of experience as a Medical Laboratory Scientist or Medical Technologist.
• 2+ years of experience working in or with a clinical laboratory LIS department.
• Previous experience working for a clinical IVD vendor.
