Team Lead Engineering Commercial Pharma International Engagement Lead

As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead the engagement for end-to-end customer engagement within the Pharma International region, focusing on CRM, Voice of Customer (VoC), and field integration. You will be responsible for developing team capabilities, fostering a healthy and sustainable work environment, and providing leadership in product and service delivery. Your role involves managing technical visions, cross-functional stakeholder relationships, and optimizing engineering processes to ensure high-performance outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop future-focused engineering capabilities and mentor team members on career paths.
• Establish metrics for team health, psychological safety, and long-term sustainability.
• Co-create long-term technical strategies and ensure successful feature delivery across product portfolios.
• Analyze success metrics and lead process re-engineering to improve performance.
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and business case development for large initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in people leadership, product/service management, or program management.
• 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated healthcare technology industry.
• Extensive experience in Veeva CRM and the broader Veeva Vault ecosystem.
• Deep understanding of HCP engagement, patient journeys, and medical-legal-regulatory (MLR) requirements.
• Strong proficiency in data-driven decision-making, CRM analytics, and global privacy/compliance standards.
• Bachelor or advanced degree in Business or IT.
• Demonstrated servant leadership, executive presence, and the ability to navigate complex, cross-functional environments.
