Product Specialist
Roche Diagnostics is seeking a Hungarian-speaking Product Specialist to join the Regional Customer Support Center. This role is ideal for laboratory professionals or engineers looking to transition into a regional expert position, providing remote technical and application support for IVD systems in Hungarian laboratories and hospitals.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert remote guidance and technical support for diagnostic systems.
- Solve complex technical problems to prevent system downtime.
- Act as a bridge between technology and laboratory users.
- Conduct occasional customer site visits to maintain hands-on connection with laboratory operations.
Requirements
- Degree in Biochemistry, Medical Biology, Laboratory Diagnostics, IT, or Engineering.
- Native-level Hungarian and strong English proficiency.
- Experience in a clinical laboratory or technical support is preferred.
- Empathetic mindset, curiosity for technical systems, and ability to work in an agile culture.
- Valid driving license for occasional travel.
