IT Domain Manager Supply Chain Management & Production (m/f/x)

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to drive our global Supply Chain Management & Production capability within Corporate IT. The role is responsible for defining and executing the technology strategy supporting Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics and Operational Excellence across all regions and business units. The successful candidate will act as a strategic partner to Operations and Supply Chain Leadership while leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives and managing a global portfolio of applications, platforms and programs.

Creating passion: your responsibilities

• Define and execute the global Supply Chain & Production strategy and roadmap.
• Own the global investment portfolio and capability roadmap.
• Partner closely with Operations, Manufacturing and Supply Chain leadership teams.
• Lead global transformation programs across ERP, Planning, Manufacturing and Logistics platforms.
• Establish target architectures and technology standards.
• Drive innovation in Industry 4.0, Smart Factory, AI and Digital Supply Chain capabilities.
• Manage strategic technology vendors and partnerships.
• Lead globally distributed teams and external partners.
• Ensure governance, cybersecurity, compliance and operational excellence.
• Build and continuously evolve a modern product-centric operating model.

Contributing your strengths: your qualifications

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in IT, Digital Transformation or Operations Technology leadership.
• Strong experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing or Operations environments.
• Deep understanding of ERP, Supply Chain and Manufacturing platforms.
• Proven track record in managing global portfolios and budgets.
• Demonstrated success leading large international transformation programs.
• Excellent executive stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational capabilities.
