Global ERP Regression Manager

As the Global ERP Regression Manager, you will serve as the strategic architect and primary advocate for the safety of the production environment, managing end-to-end regression strategy across DIA and ASPIRE (S/4HANA) landscapes. You will act as a bridge between global SAP templates and local live sites, ensuring stakeholders understand the value of regression testing while driving the automation of testing scopes.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end QA tasks and mentor junior team members.
• Maintain the master Regression Test Strategy and ensure alignment with ASPIRE Test Methodology and CSV standards.
• Lead root cause analysis for complex quality problems and drive QA process improvements.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement, resolve conflicts, and act as a trusted advisor to business capability owners.
• Design executive-level dashboards to communicate regression status, risks, and release readiness.
• Oversee managed services and execution teams to ensure testing progress.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing end-to-end quality assurance and regression strategies for large-scale enterprise landscapes like SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong track record of managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships and acting as a strategic advisor.
• Demonstrated ability to onboard local sites into centralized testing frameworks.
• Deep understanding of structured test methodologies, CSV compliance, and quality tools like Solution Manager.
• Technical aptitude for driving automation mandates and scaling regression engines.
• Excellent communication skills for change evangelism and educating business owners on QA value.
