People Support Solutions Team Lead

Roche is seeking an enthusiastic and agile People Support Solutions Team Lead to manage a team of HR generalists within the German network. This role involves providing first-line support, managing a diverse portfolio including Employee Lifecycle Management, Compensation, Payroll, and Compliance, and partnering with key stakeholders to drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of HR specialists providing first-line support.
• Manage a diverse portfolio encompassing Employee Lifecycle Management, Compensation, Payroll, Time & Benefits, and Compliance.
• Navigate an extensive stakeholder network, partnering with Business & Talent Acquisition Partners and project teams.
• Drive operational excellence by supporting the team in solving complex cases.
• Empower the team to take end-to-end accountability and foster self-management.
• Act as a catalyst for growth, helping team members navigate transformations and reorganizations.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of direct Line Management experience with a passion for developing others.
• Fluent in German (near-native/C1-C2) and highly proficient in English.
• Empathetic leadership style prioritizing empowerment, coaching, and a people-first mindset.
• Strategic navigation skills for managing complex stakeholder networks.
• University degree (HR or Business preferred) with strong logical reasoning.
• Ability to master a diverse, fast-paced Front Line HR environment.
