Project Leader - cobas ultra integrated solutions

As the Project Leader for cobas ultra, you will act as a cross-functional leader responsible for building and implementing large-scale integrated solutions. You will set the global product development strategy from initiation through to launch, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on cost, and on quality.

Responsibilities

• Set global product development strategy and ensure accountability for project milestones.
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary, multisite teams to foster high performance and a customer-focused mindset.
• Translate business needs into project priorities and resolve cross-functional bottlenecks.
• Manage operational risks, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners, with a specific focus on engaging Japanese delivery partners.
• Partner with leadership to align technical and regulatory needs with business-wide strategies.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience managing complex modular solutions, including software development and product launches.
• Expertise in systems design, technology stacks, and large-scale modular architectures.
• Strong intercultural sensitivity with a proven track record of collaborating with Japanese stakeholders.
• Advanced communication, decision-making, and influencing skills.
• Resilient problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize holistic program success.
