Great team, nothing else
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The general atmosphere is weighed down by a sense of instability. Lots of people were let go recently.
Employees constantly feel uncertain about their job security, which naturally leads to stress and tension. Rather than fostering a supportive and motivating workplace, the high-pressure environment leaves many feeling exhausted and on edge.
Image
the company’s overall image doesn’t fully align with reality. It presents itself as forward-thinking and ethical, yet internal structures and decision-making processes do not reflect this image. There is a disconnect between how the company wants to be perceived and what employees actually experience on a daily basis.
Work-Life-Balance
The concept of work-life balance is more of a theory than a reality. Overtime is common and, while not always explicitly required, it is often expected in order to meet the high workload. There is constant pressure to perform, which makes it difficult to fully disconnect after work hours. The stress lingers beyond office walls, affecting personal time and overall well-being.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
One of the few bright spots in the company is the strong sense of camaraderie among colleagues. Despite the challenging work environment, teams are well-composed, and coworkers genuinely support one another. People step up to help when needed, and there’s a shared understanding that they can rely on each other—something that makes the daily pressures a bit more manageable.
Kommunikation
Internal communication is inconsistent and often frustrating. While some employees seem to receive all the necessary updates effortlessly, others are left to dig for information themselves. There is little transparency unless one proactively asks the right people at the right time. The real decision-making processes remain unclear to most.
