Great company with great colleagues!
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Nearly everything (:
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Clear responsibilities
Setting up Revenue sharing system for employees in a social-economic sustainable version in the next years
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Everybody is open for teamwork and correspondences. Great humor and high diversity of people. Helping hands and smiling colleagues all around.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
I‘m not sure about precise carrier steps, but I learn a lot
Gehalt/Benefits
On time, enough, transparent
Arbeitsbedingungen
Upgrades to ergonomic workspaces are done.
Kommunikation
There‘s a lot of communication in meetings as well as one to one and normally response is fast. Some delays because of remote work are natural. Sometimes it‘s not clear who is responsible for what, but work on that is in progress
Gleichberechtigung
Definitly. Everybody is heared and respected. But I have to find out if also in terms of carrier steps.
