Looks good outside
Arbeitsatmosphäre
A lot of good people leave, bad ones who should be punished stay
Image
Looks great, be careful
Work-Life-Balance
They will burn you out
Gehalt/Benefits
A salary increase is nice every year without asking. It's small but 2-4% every year without asking is nice
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Great to socialise
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Anyone over 40 thinks they know everything
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Mine great other teams not do good. Ask the broken HR team
Arbeitsbedingungen
Actually pretty good. Everyone complaints about IT but it's one of the best setups I ha seen
Kommunikation
Not good. You feel like every all Kiska you are getting in trouble and the German partner should stop making jokes, he isn't funny
Gleichberechtigung
No, you don't see many women and the women leaders are not good. The HR partner was never friendly or or helpful in anyway she was just mean. The digital lady seemed good but has now left. There are no other women leader examples left.
Interessante Aufgaben
The only positive, so much to see and do
