The work atmosphere with the colleagues is very pleasant and I really appreciate the proactive and linked way of thinking and therefore our high productivity in the team.

In general there is nothing crucial to complain about.
Really cool would be to have height adjustable tables (sitting&standing) to improve ergonomics and to have some noise absorbing barriers/walls, in order to reduce the noise level but also to reduce visual distraction.
