Good: cutting edge design, good public image of the company in the design world. Okay transparency and trust in team and co workers. Satisfaction in achieving good results.

Can be improved: Increase trust in the employees, less monitoring of hours, building permissions etc. More flexibility in working locations and times (home office etc). If the employee delivers, let them work whenever and wherever. Bring back dogs in the office PLEASE :) Emphasize feeling that the company is in with you for the long run, that you are valued as an employee and not disposable.

On a team level, more collaboration will create more trust. Achieving things together brings teams together.
