Exciting Projects, Opportunities to grow and develop highly valuable skills.
Not the best work-life balance.
Give more credit to designers.
It is a great and creative environment. The colleagues make kiska to a awesome place. Also most of the clients are very great to work with.
Bad communication.
Not enough leadership on management level.
Kiska should give the responsibilities to the departments and the leaders. For example HR has not a lot of power. Give more trust to the employees and also treat them as they would be as important/more important as the clients.
The co-workers doing an amazing job to make a good atmosphere.
I think this improved a lot over the last years. But it still feels like you should be available for the company all time. In some departments it is common to work at the weekends, in other it nearly never happens.
You will learn a lot on the job and from the clients. But not many external or internal educational courses.
The salary is going to be okay at a certain level and it is paid always on time.
This is only considered if it brings money in or if we can sell it as a service to a client.
In most departments you work as a team and help each othe wherever needed. Many colleagues also spending their free time with each other.
There are not many older colleagues
Depending on your line manager. Quite often the last decision is at the management and here it is not always clear how they came to a decision.
Communication from the management is not very clear or transparent.
Especially in the upper positions are not so many women. Often women after maternity come back with less responsibility.
Not all rules apply to everyone. If you are loud you will be better heard and maybe you get more.
Projects are always nice and different. Also clients are changing often so to see different industries.
Tasks and team members.
Very nice workplace!
Very few people get old in here, very high fluctuation.
Part of management and directors should be replaced!
Value your employees, keep and develop them.
Start acting like written at the kitchen wall!
Poor management, weak directors!
Outside perception (still) good but fading.
Colleagues among themselves know how things go...
I loved my work and did the grind.
Not family friendly at all!
Very little support.
You need to take care for yourself!
Was OK in my case.
They milk the young ones!
They don´t give a shit.
Wheel spins at lowest possible cost...
I loved my team.
Creative leads would be the better directors (and management).
Expect no love.
Youngsters is their business model.
They don´t give a shit about their employees!
Loved it.
Air condition needs improvement.
Team communication is great, management and directors needs improvement!
Too many male lead monkeys...
The main reason why I loved it so much!
The ability to create incredible impact for clients that chose to work with KISKA on a holistic brand level.
Company culture in many aspects still is pretty old-fashioned. The readiness to adapt to new working styles and disruptive ideas from employees is rather low.
Side-step from formal boundaries of the historic success formula.
Very intensive, but due to exciting projects people tend to invest a lot of time into their work. Not a lot of flexibility and a very conservative working model. Hardly any remote work possible.
Great team atmosphere. People enjoy creating extraordinary results together.
In many cases behavior is rather political. The question of how to position oneself in order to get into the most powerful situation has more priority than moving things forward effectively. Very intransparent communication and half hearted promises.
Great office but very conservative working routines
No women in leadership positions
Thrilling projects for impactful brands and products. Tasks are usually challenged on a very holistic level in order to find the right thing to do.
clients
too much pressure to perform. targets are always required! always checked after 6 months! If you meet all the targets, also no more salary! every month employee jurefix. rebuke everytime. never praise! no competencies but all duties! no benefits! not even for employees who ride a motorcycle. no support. constant change of employees, no core competence, suggestions for improvement and wishes are ignored, criticism isnt accepted, tits a risk of dismissal. arrogance ... employees are treated unequally. some are allowed to bring the dog, others not. unclear allocation of competencies! sometimes many, sometimes none - as the superior wants. every day different..........
better treatment for employees, more respect, less arrogance
most employees are very frustrated. short-time work also made it much worse. exploited. unequal treatment!
very good for clients.
bad for future employees.
other companies are happy about former Kiska employees and get the good people.
nobody knows, HR is implement the management interests, not for the employees
there isnt! its promised - never done. career isnt possible. ascent not desired!
underpaid, therefore only young employees (cheaper) with no experience, overtime without compensation is a must
no trash separation, no electric cars
no team feeling, everyone has to fight individually, different salary for the same tasks and qualifications
minority ... young employees are easier to control
incompetent superiors, burned out, no basic knowledge of automotive industry, no leadership skills, no further training, ...
open office, noise, no space, many colleagues are on the phone, hear every conversation, cold in wintertime, too hot in summertime, because air conditioning isnt working properly. the competition companies makes us employees good offers and they win.
employees are not informed about anything! not even important news about clients.
women are minority
interesting customers

The work itself is interesting and you have a lovely mountain view
To much fake people, to many lies
Start with honesty, pay people properly, see what they are able to do and stop spitting on their backs.
Leader should lead but they don't. No trust in the employees, always too tight time lines because people in the top fail while planing.
More show than reality.
Lucky if you have one. Overhours are not paid but usually have to be done.
You can ask and they say yes but afterwards nothing happens. Broken promises!
The other big point why people leave! Really bad salary for what they ask of people!
They try but there could be done way more.
Not existing in a lot of teams. Everyone is just trying to save themselves.
No older colleagues existing after people leave a lot. Constantly new people, therefore there can't be a knowledge base!
Wrong people in wrong positions. One of the main reason why people leave this company. The leaders don't know about the strengths of their designers and therefore do not push them up to a higher position. Unfortunately, the leaders mainly talk behind people's backs,no honesty.
Too hot in summer after A/C does not work properly and in winter overheated.
Noise canceling headphones should help against the work shop noises.
Not really existing when it comes to the high positions and the 'workers'. The designers are always in an open communication tho.
Either the leader likes you or not.
Absolutely! Nothing else to say! Awesome.
