Es kommen machmal kommunikative Schwierigkeiten im Team vor. Schichtarbeit.
Im Sommer wirds immer knapp mit Mitarbeitern da Urlaubszeit. Wir haber Schließzeiten der Werkstätten, da ist es schwierig Urlaub zu bekommen aber nicht unmöglich.
Unsere Hausleitung ist hat gute Betreuung von Bewohnern sowie Mitarbeitern im Blut. Sie fragt häufig über unser Wohlbefinden und benötige Veränderungen nach. Greift behutsam ein, wenn nötig.
