Unfortunately, not an option in Graz. Everything is being moved to Ireland for taxation reasons and that shows the negative side of the business a lot.

Salaries are performance-based, according to the collective minimum. I find that great: if you are a good performer, it is appreciated.

Some things like the amount of food provided in the office is a bit wasteful imo. A lot of it goes to waste.
