The work atmosphere at LinkResearchTools is relaxed, motivating, inspiring and full of daily challenges. At LinkResearchTools one never knows routine or monotony. We are constantly invited to be a part of important decisions and every contribution and success is recognized or rewarded. There is flat hiearachy and one never feels excluded.
Kommunikation
At LinkResearchTools you are encouraged to present your ideas to the management and the team and you are assigned various tasks all the time. Ideas and contribution are heard, constantly appreciated and rewarded. We have monthly company meetings where employees can present part of their work and update colleagues on new achievements, projects and plans. We receive constant feedback from management and have employee requested daily meetings to discuss matters of the day
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Colleagues here are nice, friendly, team-oriented, with great team spirit and amazing coordination. Never witnessed anything different in my last 26 months.
Work-Life-Balance
At LRT you can take your holiday whenever you need or want to for as long as you coordinate with the replacing enployees. Management never opposes or questions holiday requests.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
LinkResearchTools is dynamic workplace where the work attitude is a major factor. If one likes being challenged learning and developing themselves daily, LRT is the place to be. Work expectations are realistic and if difficulties happen, they are discussed and a solution is always found. Mangement has an employee-focused attitude and makes sure everybody bonds as much as possible. If one likes a satisfactory work-place with very exact daily routine with no interest in personal and professional growth and achievements, then LinkResearchTools is not the right place for these expectations.

At LRT there is a constant flow of development and growth. Tasks are various and the team is perfectly coordinated. Everyone strives for high performance and team-work is a real strength as a characteristic of the workplace.

Large office, plenty of space for everybody, great work conditions, constant investment in new technology, relaxing space for playing billiard, play-station,football table,etc. Management takes care to constantly buy for the employees fresh fruits, nuts, sweets, chocolate, cookies, coffee, fresh drinks, tea, plenty of food for everybody, etc.

In comparison to other companies in the industry, I can say that at LRT the payment is very good. You always start with a certain level of salary and receive constant raises after certain time frames. There are also other benefits paid by the company additional to the salary.

Karriere/Weiterbildung
LinkResearchTools is a small company with a large perspective of growth but it has a very flat hierarchy and there are no higher position to aspire at.
However, for what it is, at LRT one is known, appreciated and constanly encouraged to become more.
