Das Vorgesetztenverhalten war geprägt von mangelnder Transparenz, unklarer Kommunikation und einer spürbar ungleichen Behandlung von Mitarbeitenden. Entscheidungen wurden häufig nicht nachvollziehbar erklärt, klare Erwartungen fehlten und es entstand der Eindruck, dass persönliche Sympathien eine größere Rolle spielten als objektive Kriterien. Wertschätzende und konstruktive Führung habe ich leider nicht erlebt.
