Positive reviews paid for
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
They have made it very clear to me how easily power can corrupt.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
That they’re still operational.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Treating people like human beings, being human yourself... But honestly, I don't see any way employers could ever manage that. Probably the only realistic solution is to disempower them through organised strikes.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
You are regularly yelled at and also hear others being yelled at. Colleagues are tormented in the WhatsApp group when the boss sends screenshots of (missing) time records. The atmosphere is absolutely horrendous.

This company's reputation precedes it. That's why they offered employees a €25 savings voucher for Kununu reviews. Some others who did not want to accept the voucher were nevertheless pressured to write a review to such an extent that they eventually gave in.
Work-Life-Balance
Once again, people like to claim that this is normal in this industry, and if you don't like it, you should just find another job. In my opinion, this is not a sufficient explanation for why you are expected to come to work when you are ill, be available on holiday, arrive early and stay late, take calls outside of working hours and then, after you have already gone home in the evening, come back to the office. Fortunately, I did not put up with this, but many people in this company are used to this treatment and too exhausted to fight back.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Employees usually stay for less than nine months. Of course, this means a hefty profit margin for the company if employees are paid the absolute minimum and are simply pushed out of the company or treated so badly that they don't (want to) negotiate for a higher salary. I have often spoken to colleagues who said that they didn't want to stay here much longer anyway, so why should they put themselves through the hassle of messing with the bosses? That's also why there is no works council.
Gehalt/Benefits
It is a sad reflection on the trade unions that this salary was even agreed in the collective agreement, yet everyone I spoke to thinks the salary is too low. Especially when you consider the treatment you have to put up with.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
ÖVP, NEOS, Novomatic, Win2Day, Erste Bank, Volksbank, Samsung, Ikea, Billa.
These clients alone give you an idea of the ethical standards of the employers. Greenwashing is knowingly and jokingly used as a term for campaigns.
AI is very popular, without ever questioning the environmentally damaging aspects of this technology.
At ÖVP, virtually all employees protested against running this campaign. So much for democracy.
They made an AI-generated video against the war in Uk***ne. Where is the video about Gaza? About Sudan? About any other social or human crisis? Clearly opportunistic, disg*sting image polishing for their guilty conscience, if they have one at all.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The only positive thing about this workplace. A colleague compared it to the milit*ry — you get shouted at and you hate every second of it, but at least this collective tr**ma brings you closer together.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Even colleagues who have been with the company for years are treated like . Nothing has any value for these people.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
I was "lucky" enough to be on set a few times. The boss seems to get some kind of satisfaction from tormenting and shouting at his employees. Even the smallest mistakes result in dem*tion and verbal ab*se. I'm surprised there hasn't been a revolt at this company yet...
Arbeitsbedingungen
The bosses once joked that it was a "new record" when a new employee realised after three hours that she didn't want to work in this ️.
Kommunikation
Everyone is always stressed. Actually, this is nothing unusual for "this industry". (Which employers love to use as an excuse to treat employees even worse.) But projects are poorly planned, not communicated sufficiently to employees, and certainly not among the management team. That's why there's always a certain amount of chaos — which, logically, affects the working atmosphere.
Gleichberechtigung
It's difficult to say, as there are so few women in this company. (Also because many have resigned in a short period of time.) However, my assessment is not positive.
Interessante Aufgaben
If you want to describe exhausting and legally questionable as interesting, perhaps. You are constantly expected to do personal tasks for your bosses. Bringing parcels to the flat, washing the car, filling up the car with petrol, etc. When the best part of the working day is that you can waste half an hour...
