If you enjoy being screamed at, called on weekends and treated as if you can never do anything right, this is the place for you. The boss demands total control, and when you leave—likely within a year—you may feel stripped of much of your self-confidence.

Essentially non-existent. Expect passive-aggressive emails and WhatsApp messages during your time off.

Colleagues bond over the shared ordeal, but most people don’t stay in touch afterwards—they’d rather not be reminded.
Work-Life-Balance
Calls can come at any hour—middle of the night, early mornings, Sundays, even during holidays, weddings or Christmas. The job never ends, and when there’s less work (rarely), the boss decides you must take forced days off without input.

If a TV series set in 2025 portrayed this management style, viewers would call it exaggerated. Reality here is worse.

I would not recommend working here as a woman.
