What could be better:
- average salaries
- one-sided feedback: Maybe try to motivate the team a bit more. People work harder when you say good things from time to time.
- limited range of options for professional development, although management is open to suggestions within the possible scope

Specials:
The heavy workload (overtime) during the 3.5-months peak season is more than compensated throughout the remaining months of the year (long holidays).
I personally enjoyed working there a lot (left at my own request for personal reasons). I wish nexxar all the best and hope the company will grow in the future!
