Hire the types of people you think would make the company more professional. no hierarchy is nice, but you should still put your foot down if other workers go out of line.
Very nice equipment, very modern office, but the people they hire are sometimes very low quality workers. Also the marketing dpt. is a mess, way to many people who do whatever, whenever, without structure.

I mean, kinda what you expect from an airsoft company. The men in the company can be really disrespectful, so definitely make sure your team is 80%+ female when joining as a woman.

They have recently started with programs/courses and should invest a lot more into it. I think it would improve overall happiness and the company would finally lose their "startup" image.
The salary should be higher for almost all employees, from what I have heard, but there is no official open communication about salaries.
Raises should be applied regularly and without having to ask for it multiple times (if the work is good) -> puts a bad light on the management and makes the employee feel as if they are a burden

The team members within one department are working well together (from my experience).
Cooperation with other departments would need to be improved - it comes down to communication again.
Sometimes it feels like each department is working on their own and not considering other departments at all or what kind of influence their work has on other departments.

Communication is one of the biggest factors that still need improvement/change.
From my experience, this comes down to a few people who don't really know how to communicate properly.
Therefore sometimes critical information is not shared or shared far too late, which frustrates multiple people after and causes a lot of work for them.
Even if this is brought up multiple times and discussions are held regarding communication issues, nothing is truly changing.
Also important dates are not held - often without communication.
In my opinion, the people who can't communicate would have to change position.
I know that the management is pro female-leadership.
However more female representatives in leadership positions are wished for

The communication flow is much better already, but some processes still need a better definition.
People are helping each other and are usually very friendly. There is no strong hierarchy.
Work times are flexible and sure there are times when there is more work, but as there is no all-in contracts, that is fair as well.

As the company is still young and many processes are quite new or are changing, communication can sometimes be a challenge. However, the team leads are trying their best to align everybody and distribute knowledge. Recently a newsletter and an info show in the kitchen were introduced.
There is a female co-founder and I have not see cases where somebody got discriminated.
The company keeps growing and each months can bring new challenges and tasks.

I like the athmosphere, feels like a small family. there is no fights or gossip
everyone here is really behind the company
since recently we have group sports and yoga, we have always fruits in the kitchen but we could have more company outings (maybe hard because of covid)
sadly a lot of our products are packed in styropor..
but we are offering repairs!
Like I said, family feeling :) we also have an office dog
great leadership, very down to earth. I feel always heard, they do make mistakes, but we are all human,eh?

The employees are close to each other and are very friendly and helpful. Management tries to make the working atmosphere enjoyable but sometimes seems like they do not care for the individual.
The schedule is very flexible, you can check-in and out of work whenever you need as long as you do the required hours.
I had a good experience with my salary based on the contract I had. As a whole people in the company were not completely happy with their level of pay.
Sometimes it can feel that things are done in the best interest of the consumer and are done only for profit.

As outlined above, top-level management is trying to make the work environment very enjoyable. Sometimes it can be hard for them to listen to advice and expertise from other people if it contradicts their opinion. At the same time they are open to new ideas.
You can always ask for help from other employees and managers. Sometimes tasks and design goals can change very fast, but this is normal for the design process.
A lot of projects are active at the same time. This means that the tasks are diverse and interesting.
