During my time with the company, I observed a consistent gap between how leadership presented their values and how employees were treated. Many staff members, myself included, were drawn in by genuine passion for the airsoft community, only to encounter compensation levels and working conditions that did not reflect that commitment. It was difficult to reconcile the enthusiasm employees brought with the limited investment the company appeared to make in their well-being. I can only hope that, at some point, Co-founders takes a clear and honest look at how their decisions affect the people who rely on this job for stability.

The colleagues, a very young and open team from all over the world. When all founders are gone or in china, it actually was the most fun to work.
The founders and their non existent knowledge of the market and their inability to listen to reason.
Hire a external CEO, have all co founders step down from operational work and just get your money as silent shareholders.
Listen to the community, listen to your few experienced workers and team leads.
Stop firing everyone just because you mismanaged.
Stop hiring your girlfriends.
They fired over 10 people last month , everyone feels doomed.
Most products are not very well made, due to decisions to safe time or money by the founders. So the image at the target group is going down but they blame it on factors outside of their responsibility.
Depends on if you are good with the co-founders
Not existent. Except for the rare occasion where all the team leads were sent to a training. Which didn't help much.
Most positions are underpayed by industry standards and they just try to barely hold the minimum wage for the collective agreement always.

The teams and colleagues work well together, specially when left alone.
Most more experienced colleagues no matter if in age or knowledge or work time, get ignored.
They lie to you on almost every occasion. And work to try to move everything to china. Also almost everytime a bad review pops up here one if the founders writes fake positive reviews to keep the balance.
In 3 years almost all company benefits were lost or cancelled.
The co-founders communication and most of the team leads communication is abysmal.
They pretend to act equal to all, but racism, sexism and favoritism is rampant in the company.
