The founders and their non existent knowledge of the market and their inability to listen to reason.
Honestly, I can't pinpoint anything negative about the employer. I understand how complex it is to lead a company and support employees effectively. From my perspective, the CEOs are doing a fantastic job managing these challenges.

Hire a external CEO, have all co founders step down from operational work and just get your money as silent shareholders.
Listen to the community, listen to your few experienced workers and team leads.
Stop firing everyone just because you mismanaged.
Stop hiring your girlfriends.
Equity and communication are noticeably lacking, and soft skills are inconsistent. External professional support would be advisable.

Not bad, nothing extraordinary. If you are a CEOs girlfriend you can do whatever you want, so for them it might be interesting to gain salary without actually working. They hire all of them, but they are rarely qualified for what they are appointed to, so other people usually have to take over their tasks. CEOs are the company owners, so they can of course hire whoever they want, but it would be beneficial if girlfriends wouldn't interfere in other ...
The tasks here are always interesting, never boring, and constantly present new challenges. It keeps things exciting and ensures there's always room to grow and learn.
