Honestly, I can't pinpoint anything negative about the employer. I understand how complex it is to lead a company and support employees effectively. From my perspective, the CEOs are doing a fantastic job managing these challenges.
Equity and communication are noticeably lacking, and soft skills are inconsistent. External professional support would be advisable.
