Behind the Facade: A workplace struggling with structure, identity and direction
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The work atmosphere varies depending on the team. Colleagues are friendly, supportive, and highly committed. However, the lack of clearly defined roles creates noticeable internal competition, which can affect collaboration.

It probably depends whom you ask
Work-Life-Balance
It's basically consulting... Work-life balance is a major challenge. Part-time work is effectively a taboo. Requests for flexible or family-friendly working models are generally met with resistance. This creates significant barriers for employees with caregiving responsibilities and makes long-term planning difficult.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Opportunities and gaps — but also many who simply disappear in statistics if projects do not run well
Gehalt/Benefits
Payment is generally considered to be fair, benefits are basicall austrian standard by law
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Didn't notice anything to be honest.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Work-life balance is a major challenge. Part-time work is effectively a taboo subject and not considered a viable option. Requests for flexible or family-friendly working models are generally met with resistance. This creates significant barriers for employees with caregiving responsibilities and makes long-term planning difficult.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Old people are not working here.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Leadership practices vary widely and often lack professionalism. Clear guidance, transparent decisions, and long-term strategic thinking are frequently missing, leading to uncertainty and a lack of stability. The management appears completely directionless, with expectations that are vague or entirely unclear. This lack of clarity impacts both day-to-day operations.
Arbeitsbedingungen
It's okay, very noisy and equipment is quite mixed (choose your own stuff), which is not always an advantage.
Kommunikation
Communication is largely informal and unstructured. Conflicting pieces of information are common, making it difficult to know what’s current or reliable. There is no consistent or transparent communication culture in place.
Gleichberechtigung
I would say no issue. But if I think about it twice management is male driven.
Interessante Aufgaben
Tasks are sometimes diverse, but a clear overarching vision is missing. Many initiatives feel short-term and reactive — more “whatever works” than strategically planned.
