Office vibe is really great, people are actually working #bettertogether. Also through covid this did not change.

Inside the team the communication is flawless (at least as far as I experienced it). Cross-team communication can be improved, but the process already started.

Since Covid this changed a bit. The projects were more interesting before, after covid it became repeatative at times.

Well at times I felt kind of stuck. For my role there were no seniority-levels defined for three years. To "climb up the ranks" internally would have felt
as kind of recognition of good work.
