I feel valued and can make a real difference. The employer trusts me and gives me the freedom to accomplish my work and overcome problems more or less autonomously. The environment is excellent due to the different employee backgrounds, a strong culture of ethical values and mutual respect. Employer products are of a very high standard.

Sometimes projects deadlines can be missed. Often due the strain on the IT department.

The Board of directors could feel comfortable with delegating more responsibility.

Cross-dimensional teams with employees from many countries, cultures and religions. Big enough to be a stable and serious player, small enough to avoid negatives of corporate culture.
Kommunikation
Process standardization has helped improve communication. Occasionally a stakeholder could be (unintentionally) omitted from decisions. Overall superior communication to corporations where I have worked in the past.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
A flat hierarchical structure gives all employees the opportunity to communicate directly with the Board of directors. The Board of directors knows everyone personally. Middle management are able to balance upholding the interests of their department with supporting other departments.
Interessante Aufgaben
Due to the relatively small size of the employer a the dynamic nature of the industry, tasks and focuses change fast and can be very interesting. Employees have the ability to take the kind of tasks they feel able to accomplish.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Salaries and benefits are fair based on employee contribution. Employees are expected and encouraged to maintain a healthy work-life balance. The company provides cold drinks and excellent coffee.
