Solid employer in interesting domain with state of the art technology
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Personally I feel a high fairness and trust in both the company and the people. There are other departments where this might not always be the case.
Kommunikation
At times decisions are not properly communicated towards all employees and you learn about them indirectly.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
All that I am working with are friendly and nice to have as colleagues. Very international, very open minded, and interesting to talk to.
Work-Life-Balance
While there can be times of stress and pushing deadlines, most of the time the workload is reasonable and allows for a life outside business
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Always good and professional

Thank you! Pushing the limits of AI and supply chain technology and staying at the frontier is core to what we do, and it's great to hear that comes through in the day-to-day.
