Great atmosphere in the team, people help each other, and thanks to the regular team events, fun is never neglected.

Regular team and cross-team meetings take place, but also spontaneous exchange without having to go through long processes

I'm relatively new to the team and so far I haven't noticed any disagreements among colleagues. Everyone is really very friendly!

Thanks to voluntary presence in the office, you can manage your (free) time very well.

Despite the high workload of the managers, you can almost always turn to them with any concern. And you don't get the feeling that there are strict hierarchies in the company.

As previously mentioned, due to rapid growth, office space is still limited. However, we will move to a larger office soon.
