The Prewave Team

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts.

We’re pleased to hear that you found our product exciting and the topics interesting. However, much of your perspective shared does not reflect the culture we are striving to build at Prewave. More importantly, it includes some unverified claims about who we are and how we operate, which we take seriously. We believe it’s important to respond to such concerns with clarity and context.

“Friends run the company” - your chosen title for the review is not a true reflection of Prewave. We have one senior leader who came through our Founder’s network - all other members of our senior leadership team have been hired externally, at various points in our journey - when it was necessary to bring in additional experience to help us grow.

Young professionals - we strongly disagree with the notion that Prewave is not the right environment for young professionals. In fact, Prewave has been built successfully around the constant influx of such talent, and we shall continue to hire in this vein, mixed with middle to senior level hires as per business needs.

Hiring and firing culture - We’d like to clarify that stating Prewave regularly hires and fires people does not reflect how we operate. As with many companies navigating growth, occasionally we have had to make some difficult decisions which impacted some of our employees - however; we have done so thoughtfully and with respect for those impacted.

Challenging / chaotic environment - If this was your experience then we apologise, as it is not reflective of what we wish for our employees. We understand that life in a fast-growing scale-up can be challenging and may not suit everyone. As we continue to grow and evolve, we remain committed to learning and improving to ensure a positive experience for all our employees. If you are open to a discussion, to provide feedback so we can hear your perspective then you can reach us via our confidential feedback space at feedback@prewave.ai

Thank you, again, for taking the time to provide feedback.
