Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

I appreciate that the employer is a very sustainable company. The colleagues are fantastic, and the leaders in the InfoSec and IT Governance areas are great bosses. There are numerous opportunities for development and further education provided. Additionally, the opportunity to work on a multinational level with various cultures and nations is offered.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

I would try to focus more on improving general communication, external representation, and team building. The divisions need to align more closely with the holding, and it should be clear that we are all rowing in the same direction. Additionally, efforts should be made to retain more employees to have a good contingent of top experts, which Prinzhorn absolutely has had and still has. Furthermore, there should be a focus on bringing more women into the group. These are all points that really come from the heart because I greatly enjoyed working there and would wish for the company to continue improving.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

The atmosphere within the InfoSec department was excellent; I had an incredibly great relationship with my supervisor. In the Governance round as well, there's nothing to say about my colleagues, with many of whom I've become very good friends and still keep in touch. However, it would be desirable to have more team-building events from the top management level.

Kommunikation

Communication between team leaders and colleagues mostly worked very well, with only rare issues that arose, which were not significantly different from those encountered in other large and multinational companies that connect multiple levels.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

The camaraderie among colleagues was incredible; we were very united, and you knew you could rely on every single colleague.

Work-Life-Balance

Regarding work-life balance, the company stands out significantly; they do an excellent job, and it's incredibly wonderful for people who prioritize their families. Many opportunities are provided.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

I can only speak from my experiences, which involve the Head of Information Security and the IT Director. Both are very, very good leaders who greatly encourage and support their employees.

Interessante Aufgaben

Here, I would say it greatly depends on how one views the tasks at hand. Individuals who are very eager to proactively make a difference will be very satisfied and have a lot of leeways.

Gleichberechtigung

I would generally say that across the entire group, there is still a lot of room for improvement. It must be emphasized that the IT sector has made significant efforts in the past year to promote women in general, as well as into leadership positions, which is highly commendable. However, there should be much more progress in this area. The rest of the group has quite a bit of catching up to do in this regard.

Arbeitsbedingungen

Regarding the working conditions, they are at a very high level. I cannot think of anything that I would be missing; the equipment is top-notch, including company phones, laptops, monitors, etc.

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

As it is a sustainable company, there are very high sustainability concepts in place. There is excellent waste separation, and there is an effort to encourage employees to switch to electric cars. Additionally, there is an annual sustainability report, and a lot is being done in the area of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance).

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

I find the compensation to be fair, however, there is room for improvement to remain competitive, but this is just my personal opinion. Not to forget, it would be great to involve employees in the company's successes. This would create a stronger bond with the company, and overall, employees would become even more engaged.

Regarding this matter, I must also be honest, as one can see from previous reviews, there are certain differing opinions between the divisions and the holding. Therefore, there are various perspectives on the individual entities and the entire group. In my opinion, there is still a need to work on improving general communication.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

In the area of further education and career development, a lot is being done in my department. The head of the department supports employees in every form of further education and promotes this very comprehensively. Career opportunities and advancements are encouraged with talent development programs.
