das ganze C-management muss raus! ganze!
Katastrophal

Tried to give me interesting tasks, and involve in different team meetings with other teams or external professionals
The work environment was very welcoming and everyone across all departments was kind and always happy to help. My manager was very understanding and I felt comfortable right from day one because of the warm welcome I got. I also got the sense that they genuinely want to support women in STEM. Overall, it was a really great experience.
Nothing I can point out as bad.
I can’t think of anything to improve. It was a really smooth experience.
Holding does a great job in regards to adoption and situational awareness. If past decisions do not deliver the desired outcome or if situation has changed, PH listens to feedback, finds a way forward, transparently communicates intention, encourages participation and executes the plan.
Holding also hosts Group Governance. The initiatives do help a lot to make the group future ready.
I cannot think of even one bad thing...
By offering that much, PHG might increase expectations as well.
Open mind for Innovation and allow more Trial&Error.
The collaboration with divisions and inside Holding is excellent. The office is modern, open space and has plenty of small rooms for meetings and calls. A recent organization change has successfully addressed constructive feedback. In peak times, workload might be challenging but there are always options and plenty of relief times.
In Sustainability industry. Winner of employer rewards. Hardship fund for employees....
38h+/week, 2d / wk working from home allowance (after 1/2 year), flexible hour agreements, sabbatical option, health offers, occasional open-door events for family in divisions, several corporate benefits for consumer good and services is what is offered.
There is LinkedIn Learning, hundreds of classroom trainings which are paid by the Company, FIT program for talents, a Leadership development program, Job rotation in some areas. Whatever you want to develop into which helps the company, go for it.
There is a paper industry collective agreement with very generous overpayment options for dedicated and commited colleagues. Every year the salary will be automatically adjusted according to collective agreement negotiations and there is room for individual adjustments as appreciation for extraordinary efforts and results. Recently PHG even announced an employee profit sharing initiative.
I absolutely see no reason to complain.
Our core values are Performance, People and Responsibility and we are covering the full Paper live cycle from Waste-->Paper-->Boxes...
HR Social initiatives and offers I consider way above average.
Colleagues who are dedicated and committed to results are definitely on the bright side. There are offers for cross department company trips, team events, team lunch and many more.
PHG has a well balanced age group distribution which starts at <19 and goes up to 70+... what to tell more?
My superiors are always absolutely fair, supportive, open for carreer development and sufficiently challenging. There is a whistle blowing hotline in case of violations of the code of conduct. Very ofthen I feel the Holding to be a very comfortable place to work at - compared to stories I hear from other companies. Perhaps a little too comfortable, allowing certain attitudes to grow.
IT Equipment (own + conference) is state-of-art, Mobile and desk equipment is excellent, open space can be escaped from to separate rooms or cozy sofa areas.
There are regular corporate updates with crystal clear financial review and outlook as well as mood checks. The company does communicate a lot through teams. So people who are interested, have plenty of options to stay informed.
I know many female leaders, support innitiatives, pat/maternity cases. HR does monitor ratios closely.
Sometimes I feel a little slowed down in terms of technology. However, considering the fact that we are in the traditional Paper making industry, need to follow certain (EU) regulations and PHG considering itself being a fast follower, not an innovator, I can cope with slower pace of innovation.
A multicultural, friendly atmosphere with positive vibes. The company offers a variety of informational events and formal sessions.
Friendly working atmosphere where you feel welcome. Mutual respect.
The option to work from home two days per week provides greater flexibility and supports a healthy work-life balance, along with flexible working hours.
Talent programs and a well established training stucture.
Main focus is on the environment and sustainability.
Teamwork is great, we support each other.
Colleagues from different age groups work together, all are valued.
Approachable, open.
Great working conditions, well-equipped office spaces, an on-site canteen, and convenient free parking.
Respectful, the open office culture supports communication and easy interaction.
Male-dominated structures in certain areas - as industry.
A variety of diverse and engaging tasks.
So verdient kununu Geld.
